Now’s your chance to win a free spot in the incubator and up to SEK 100,000 in development funding to help you develop and validate your idea.
We’re looking for teams that have moved beyond the initial idea stage and are ready to commit to developing their idea into a scalable and successful business. You don’t need to have all the answers or a finished product, but you should have started exploring the problem you want to solve, the solution you believe in, and who actually needs it.
If you don’t have a team yet, we can help you find people with the right skills. In your application, tell us what expertise you think is needed to take the idea forward.
We’re looking for ideas with a high degree of innovation and strong commercial potential. This means your solution should create clear value for customers and stand out significantly from other alternatives on the market. It could be an entirely new solution, but it could also be a substantially better way of solving a problem that already has solutions today. The idea should also have the potential to scale and reach a larger market in the future.
Your solution should also contribute to one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals or clearly address a societal challenge.
The winner receives a free place in Science Park’s incubator program, including access to SEK 100,000 in development funding to help take your business idea to the next level.
As part of the incubator, you’ll work with a dedicated business developer and gain access to specialist expertise in areas that are important to your company’s development. You’ll also receive support with strategy, financing, and how to grow your business and reach your target market.
A workspace at Science Park’s coworking space is also included.
*The development funding is tied to the incubator and is used for activities that help you develop and validate your business idea. This means that the winner does not receive SEK 100,000 as a direct cash payment.
The competition is for anyone who has started developing a business idea and wants to take the next step towards building a company with strong potential for growth and development. You should be ready to invest the time and commitment needed to move your idea forward.
You don’t need to have started a company or have a finished solution. However, you should be able to explain what problem you’re solving, who you’re solving it for, and what makes your solution better or different from the alternatives already available.
To enter, you must live, study, or work in Jönköping County.
No later than October 15, 2026.
If your idea makes it through the first stage of the selection process, we’ll contact you for an interview within a couple of weeks.
The selection process will be completed – and the winner announced – in December 2026.
