In Jönköping, Science Park comprises two buildings – Science Park Towers and Science Park House. Everyone who rents an office at Science Park in Jönköping has a service agreement with features and services to facilitate the daily life of entrepreneurs.
Our service concept includes, among other things, discounts with our partners. As a tenant, you receive special offers on products and services we believe will benefit you – such as in banking & insurance, hotels & travel, and fitness.

The hub of Science Park is our Front Desk located on the ground floor of Science Park Towers. The Front Desk is open weekdays, Monday-Friday, except on public holidays that fall on weekdays. Here, you can get answers to your practical questions, and purchase snacks, meals, and beverages.
Tenants at Science Park get a discount on regular prices when renting meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 35 people. These meeting rooms are equipped with modern technology for various types of meetings. Furnishings can be adjusted according to preference.

Located in Science Park Towers is the Nivå restaurant and a congress floor operated by FC Gruppen.
On the basement floor of Science Park House, there’s a gym free for tenant use.
At Science Park, events, workshops, and meetings are part of our daily life. Here, you can network, get inspired, and develop in various knowledge areas. We simply love doing things with others.
Through our newsletter, you as a tenant receive crucial information from us at Science Park. To keep you updated on what’s happening in Science Park, there’s also a Facebook group for tenants called “Science Park Jönköping Tenants”.
