Your personal data is processed so that we can document our Events and promote them to the public, for live streaming, and for subsequent publication on our website, in our newsletter, and on our social media channels. This means that we have assessed that we have an interest in being able to evaluate and promote our Events and that this outweighs your interest in not having your data processed for this purpose.
Furthermore, we process data about any food restrictions you may have in order to adapt the food we serve you at the Event. When we process data about your food restrictions, this is done on the basis of your explicit consent.
We also process your personal data because we want to collect statistics, measure and evaluate the Event, and communicate with you after the Event has taken place to find out what you thought about it. Your personal data is shared with the landlord, Jönköping kommuns Fastighetsutveckling AB and with our service providers, for example, the current provider of the digital service for meeting room booking.

Your personal data is processed securely and in accordance with applicable data protection rules. Procedures are in place to protect your privacy and your personal data. For example, we process only the personal data that we really need and are careful to delete personal data that is no longer needed. The systems used to process personal data are updated on an ongoing basis to ensure sufficient security, such as by way of anti-virus software and firewalls.
We have an IT security policy to ensure the secure processing of your personal data.

The basic principles for the purging of personal data are to never process or store data for any longer than is necessary. When it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was originally collected, it must be deleted or anonymised.
