I’ve spent many years working with people and development, helping individuals and businesses grow, find direction, and take the next step. Along the way, I’ve built experience in sales development, digital marketing, and leadership, and I’ve also studied theology and worked as a pastor. That mix has given me a broad understanding of both people and organizations.

Something you might not know about me: I actually hate coffee… but drink it anyway.
What I love to grill: Pretty much everything! Fish, meat, fruit, veggies, chocolate, even pizza – the grill is on all year round at our place.
What I collect: Playing cards. I’ve got around a hundred different decks, some of them rare and limited editions.
Favorite fika treat: Definitely a biskvi. I’ve even made a list ranking them from different bakeries – it’s been going for years, and I don’t see it ending anytime soon.
