How can a workplace become more inclusive? That’s the challenge e-qually is taking on! e-qually is a digital platform dedicated to creating more inclusive and equitable workplace.

Through short, interactive courses and exercises on equality and inclusion, e-qually provides companies with an effective tool for building a strong and welcoming workplace culture. Designed specifically for the tech and IT industries, the platform combines theory with practical insights to foster continuous learning. The goal is to engage the entire workplace, creating an environment where all employees feel valued and included.

The team behind e-qually consists of Ida Boman, Viktor Eklund, Adisa Tokalic and Daniel Andersson, all of whom come from the IT sector. By supporting companies in their development efforts, they aim not only to attract new talent to the industry but also to retain them.
