How to build an online store – online course for beginners!
Do you have a business idea within e-commerce that you want to develop? Maybe you are planning to scale up your business and set up an online shop for your physical store? Welcome to a free online course where you will learn to understand your online customer, improve your visibility and get started with your e-commerce!
E-commerce continues to grow steadily upwards. This course will provide a comprehensive introduction to some of the different elements of e-commerce, and help you decide on the best way for your business to maximize your sales. The course is done digitally and is divided into 2 sessions.
October 26th, 4:00-6:00 pm. The lecture takes place online.
On the first session we will go through:
- E-commerce in general
- Who’s your customer?
- The digital customer journey
- Visibility and communication online
- Customer experience and buying process
- Summary – and also a small task for the next time
November 2nd, 4:00-6:00 pm. The lecture takes place online.
Now it’s time to start creating! We will focus on:
- Setting up an online shop together
- Create digital ads
- Review of different e-commerce platforms
- Summary and finish
For you that have a business idea and are planning to start an e-commerce – or have recently started an online store and wants to develop your skills.
What do I need to participate?
Computer with internet (recommended web browser: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
The lectures will be held online. A digital invitation will be sent to you a few days before the course!
