Impraise to Silicon Valley and Y Combinator
Science Park start-up Impraise (formerly Glean) has moved from Berlin to Silicon Valley to join the summer batch of Y Combinator with companies such as Reddit, Dropbox and Airbnb on their track record.
Y Combinator invest a small amount of money ($120k) in a number of startups twice a year and work intensively with those companies for three months to get them in best possible shape and refine their pitch to investors. Each cycle culminates in Demo Day, when the startups present their companies to a carefully selected, invite-only audience.
Impraise are now in open Beta and will soon launch their iPhone App – check them out at www.impraise.com
